SHIPPING & RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY

All products purchased through this website will be delivered as by the delivery slots / timing selected by the customers. In case of any changes in the delivery will be informed to the customers.

All products purchased through this website are covered by our free return within (3) three days from the day your order has been delivered, if the delivered items has been damaged or we delivered different material that the customer has ordered.

To be eligible for return of products must be the following.

• Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Items must be in the original packaging.
• Must have proof of purchase.
• Product quantity must not be decreased / damaged.
• Incorrect items will be replaced within 2-3 days and free of shipping charge.
• Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

Please note we do not refund your money in any circumstances but we do exchange the product without shipping charges. In case of any error from our side without prior information the purchased amount for the product will be refunded after the return of the product to the customer debit / credit card within 7 – 14 working days based on the banking policy.
